At smena we generally make to order, only holding small amounts of stock and only produce small runs. We don't over produce so we don't waste valuable resources. This may mean a slightly longer delivery time (up to 4 weeks on some styles) on purchases from our on-line store but we believe looking after our environment is far more important than a quick fashion fix, in the knowing that once you receive your smena product, you will use and enjoy it for years to come. 

Once your order is received by Smena an email will be sent to you when products are ready for dispatch, so you know when it is on it’s way with the courier.

Shipping: Delivery within Australia

In Australia we use Australia Post Registered Post Service. All deliveries need to be signed for on delivery. All deliveries within Australia will arrive within in 5-7 working days from dispatch date.

Delivery costs: All packages $15.00 AUD

International deliveries.

Smena will ship to most destinations in the world!
e use Australia Post to ship all international orders and they usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive depending on how long it takes to clear customs. This is different in every country. In New Zealand deliveries normally take between 5-10 working days from dispatch date.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

Delivery costs: New Zealand All packages $40.00 AUD

Rest of the world: All packages $50.00 AUD

Return/exchange policies: We are glad to exchange any unused merchandise within 7 days of receipt of your on-line purchase. All items returned for an exchange or refund must be unused and have all original tags or packaging. Please let us know by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
